The company is NOT cashed up at all and will need funds early new year. If you know any one who has a spare $5 or $10m I am sure the company would be appreciative :) I can honestly say that in the conversation I had with Warren there wasn't even the slightest hint of him being interested in a takeover. He has heaps on his plate with patents and other inventions. I think he just wants to be able to add value and no doubt secure his royalties by the company drilling. As it stands if the drills aint profitable he doesn't earn so I think it is probably a bit of self interest that see's him want to be involved from a contract consulting perspective.
All I can pass on is what he said and I believe the man as he extremely down to earth and genuine imo.
and by the way he didn't use me at all. I was the one who initiated the meeting and I was the one who sought permission to inform the Hotcopper shareholders.
I also believe that exciting times are just around the corner but we all are very frustrated with the current share price.
