OK - as I understand it the company is confident that the gold is down there AND becoming more confident that it can be processed.
Clearly the object is that once the open pit is dug and gold is being recovered the operation will then be self funding - provided that the gold price holds up at viable levels.
But how much will it cost to get the open pit to the point of production? - will extra funding be required? - and if so where is that funding likely to come from?
Also - what is the approx break even point for the proposed open pit operation - .5 gm per tonne? - or 1 gm per tonne? or what?
With a million OZ in the ground there seems to be a surprising lack of demand for the shares - I wonder if these questions are a factor.
