I really feel time will be a big factor in eventual success or otherwise.

An environment where commercial construction is booming and energy prices going thru the roof would be the shot in the arm that Intermoco needs for success.

Don't really know if I should get a little excited with that latest announcement or just turn to the fridge for another beer. I think it's a matter of not expecting too much in too short a time. Must face reality now......patience, patience and faith.
