Hey Caketin, very wise words as always ...me about 80% invested in property over 3 seperate propertys in WA ,all are development site`s with way above average house`s ,1x 5 unit site and 2 duplex blocks and the 5 unit site and one duplex are ocean side suburbs ,just saying how it is so someone who cares so much hahaha can sleep at nights thanks for caring f ,hows about getting another hobby? we would all greatly appreciate it.....
