re: vanstone royal commission required
It's clear that the Palmer enquiry will not be able to fully uncover the truth of this disgrace. Apparently up to a dozen QLD police are refusing to testify on the grounds that they could be sued. A Royal Commission will give them protection and allow the truth to be revealed. The Howard Govt in refusing to have such a Royal Commission is terrified that finally Australians will discover the shambles that is DIMIA and the blatant denial of human rights that has been perpetrated on so many defenceless individuals in al our names.
