i just got a phone call from esg, page-22

Hi MSA and all!

Well....I just got a call from a very nice gentleman from ESG wanting to know;

- did I get the documentation
- have I read it
- do I understand it
- what do I think
- will I go to the meeting
- what will I be voting

A very pleasant conversation ensued which was recorded and I informed them it was a start to negotiations but it is a BIG NO from me but that I welcome a serious offer from Mr Knox in the future & that is one that is SERIOUSLY trying to transfer my shares into those of STO.

I welcomed future contact and stated my door is always open to Mr Knox.
