Great monthly update, well done to management.

Regarding the 'delays' in getting contracts signed, it is crucial to get this exactly right. Given this is the first contract (of hopefully many), it is even more important.

Many projects have been sunk because the contract wasn't favourable to one or the other parties. Once you start operations, it's too late if you stuffed the contract because you were in a rush.

We all know how long lawyers can take too - so if they're at that stage, who knows how long they'll take to cross the t's and dot the i's.

What I'm saying is, a bit of extra time during this process could save us (make us) millions in the future. Yes, they could probably run out and get a contract signed tomorrow, but would it be at the best terms for MHM and shareholders?

Final point, this really is a 'slap in the face with the wet fish' moment (thanks TTC). Once the contract is signed, site selection will be announced, plant details announced and government grants finalised. Timing of which is a bit up in the air but hopefully in quick succession. The company has told us this. Up to shareholders and non-holders whether they put 2 and 2 together.
