re: Someone's buying ... Hells selling!
Have been alluding this one to people on this forum for a few years now and believe the time has come to liquidate some substantial holdings. Despite a strategy of attempting to follow excellent managers and financial track records which has produced tremendous profits imho I am hearing some concerns in relation to Suncorps operations.
Whether its insurance related or something entirely unrelated I am not sure but advise that my Suncorp exposure has been reduced to only 10% of my portfolio now.
Am sitting on plenty of cash and am watching very closely MTT, AP Eagers, RIC, Ramsey Health Care, Qantas.
