Hi Tazamac,
As a shareholder i have no issue if MCO paid for the tickets and perhaps MCO entertained a top 20 shareholder or 2, a broker or the like, a bit of PR work. Nick has invested a lot in the Co and i have no doubt he would like to see money go to waste, again i have no issue with it and would think not many would.
