I am intrigued by your question "could Prima become Dendreon's big brother" and how it relates to your article about Dendreon.
Are you perhaps implying that Prima has a somewhat superior technology/other advantages to Dendreon and hence could outpace Dendreon in terms of income etc -- making it (PRR) the BIG BROTHER to DNDN?
I am aware that PRR and DNDN have similar yet slightly different technology regarding the approach to the immune cells which are extracted. As I understand it, PRR has a cloning process whereas DNDN has not succeeded at this. technology.
