BGF priced NMG in March at $0.66 with a target of $0.88 and supported CR price of $0.75, however BGF convieniently managed to leak details of the CR, as was borne out in this blog,and deflate the SP to $0.55 the day pre the CR. The price pre the CR 'the current SP' is the price the CR was carried out at. A BGF manipulated price that created a nice win for them and their investors.
I consider Mr Norris was already locked and could do nothing, BGF are thieves.
