This proposal from Angloplats sounds a little "over optimistic" on Angloplats behalf.

Not sure on what basis can they ask for 50% without any kind of compensation or package something to develop the mine. Imagine that if Angloplats then want another 24% for financing and the BEE (Genorah) must keep 26% ... does this mean that NKP get nothing?

Even the Chinese who are renowned for being difficult don't even suggest something like this.

Surely there has to be more details than this, or there is an attaching condition of some sort of compensation on the "50% stake" of the Modikwa Deeps...
