Turners and Growers is one of the better assets/entities that GPG hold (my opinion) and recently a lesser quality entity (Chariles-code CHA.NZX) was taken over by Japanese firm at hefty 70% premium. I'm following the path that food from New Zealand is still considered to have a clean and green image ( I won't mention apples) and hence an entity like Turners and Growers may appeal to an offshore entity from Asian with a growing middle class who look for quality from countries that have a good reputation for food.
