Golpu is the Wafi River project in PNG. Been known about for many years and just keeps getting better and better the more they drill.
It will be a long time (and many drill holes) before we know the size and extent of Andewa. At least we will be starting to drill some deep holes soon as this will be the key to see if we have a world class deposit.
Todays announcement is very good but it will be interesting to see what the market makes of it. They may not like the grades, but for a 1st hole in an enourmous mineralised system I think that it is a fantastic outcome.
I would like to go on the site visit. Will see how I can get to Kale. Have another trip to PNG planned but does not coincide.
