To unlock this massive jackpot, GGG has to overcome the mining issues namely the permit to mine. LT holder probably aware of the uranium policy in Greenland but that's not to say it won't change when the political scenario start to see the penny drops.
Massive capex, approx 2 bil+ which raise the uncertainty of massive SP dilution not to mention the current market sentiment of the credit market for funding atm. But it also create opp for Chinese or JAP players who looking to lock in their future supply at any cost imo. Advance off take agreement may help to enhance the project evaluation as well.
Payment to advance into 100% ownership. 39 mil cash plus share n options. If that get finalized, base in the current SP n discount by 10 to 15% CR, approx 80 mil shares added to the register. Not that bad.
Recent break thru on the benefaction may further increase the JORC value. Should be a good punt medium term if gov policy toward U in Greenland can be clarified.
