i just got a phone call from esg, page-38

    I got the call from ESG yesterday, stated I would be voting no as I consider the offer to be very oportunistic and too low in value.
    They were then very interested in whether I would be attending the meeting in person, which at present I am unable to attend.
    Normally I appoint the ASA as my proxy, but as ESG is not in the top 200 on the ASX they will not be attending. Has the ESG action group got a nominee to act as proxy as I now have concerns about nominating the Chairman as my proxy.
