just adding a bit of info, SOL (WHSL) who is a backer of CBD has set up numerous companies, one being SOE. SOE (souls private equity limited) which holds 5.09% voting power in CBD. SOL at present has a (scheme implementation agreement) basically to buy back all shares in (SOE) from shareholders. This is an interesting move. CBD annual meeting should have a few good questions this year.
