ASIC should look into these trades imo. It was taken off just before MCO started trading this morning, ie Pro.
ASIC will NOT look into this (as with many other start of day trade orders that get deleted) because they can't see them and NOT alerted to them!
NOT fair to MCO holders IMO. Someone placed an order above the 2.8mil order and got them at .33c simply because the large order was deleted! I note the EOD at .32c was sold into.
EOD orders stand at .27/.335c. A trader has nothing to sell into if they wished!
Now I did notice that Citigroup were NET buyers of 343t on the 6/10/2011 and are active from 7/10 to today 11/10/2011.
I will keep an eye out.
