The share price offering is a give away price. Great for me since I got in late and have the cash to take up the offer - note the production is HIGHER and guidance maintained. ERA is based in Auz (I hope this is good!! - will be if exchange tanks) this is protection against Auzzie dollar decline. The offer will be seriously dilutional to long term holders if you dont take up the offer. Number of shares to increase markedly.
I would expect a serious drop in price on Monday as people cash up to take offer not a good time to sell.
Once the shares come on line I expect a serious stag profit!! Good luck guys if youve been buying as it declines you should be safe. Uranium is still the future IMO.
