Why would a trader buy up big time when there is NO news from PEN and have not delivered on certain important news that where imminent months ago.
Hence, I believe traders will not push the SP upwards.
It wil be an artificial push upwards by privileged few.
During that time, traders could play based on TA.
Due to few people on HC, we are getting constant stream of data regarding the progress of diferent applications and status update from ADAM website.
