    with all this in the short term we can expect a lot of good news (Re rate many times over);
    - Resource upgrade
    - MDL
    - Rail access
    - Abbott point port capacity with Noble backing


    and nobles $15.6b and the $200b from cic, funding this mine is not an issue...
