If the product was going to shine through then why aren't people lining up to buy?

I thought every business text book and every self help investing book states "the product accounts for only 10% - Management is the key".

I don't know many stocks that have rubbed so many long termers up the wrong way. If I saw that as a newbie I would take that as a sign to be cautious.
