Industry partnership with Parks Victoria

Synergy advises that its wholly owned subsidiary, Australian Gold Mines NL (AGM),
and Parks Victoria (Parks) have agreed to establish an industry partnership that will see
several historic sites on AGM’s Exploration and Mining Licences handed over to
Heritage Victoria for listing on the Heritage Register.
Pursuant to the agreement, AGM will:
• contribute $60,000 in cash, labour support and equipment to Parks for the
rectification and rebuilding of the Yellow Girl and Maude Batteries.
• contribute $20,000 per year for a further three years to Parks to assist in the
eradication of English Broom (a weed) in the Mt Wills Historic Park.
