In terms of company value SLR has a slightly higher market cap. but the difference isn't that large. All in all the market cap of the two companies probably represents a fair (conservative) view of their respective values.
The share price differential is a factor of the market cap / shares on issue equation. There isn't too much that IGR can do about that at this stage except increase the value of the company by delivering more gold.
