when I catch the fish these days...
I give them a little kiss and throw them back in...

the pursuit, to end my boredom with life.,,,is what this fishing is all about...

I enjoy the challenge of enticing them into my trap...
whatever my trap is....
the enjoyment, stemming from boredom...is the only attraction...
I do not need to take home a trophy...for some token reason....
I just hate taking the life...ending the life..of anything...
I find fishing....is the best ever excuse for doing nothing...while appearing to be doing something...
and everyone accepts the ....fishing excuse...
for doing nothing....
a few token photographs of said trophy...can be taken to prove any point....
or gain 'chest thumping' acclaiments...if required...

we have sufficient commercial fisheries....to provide the fish required for average consumption....
just doing my bit for the fish population
