Thanks for that. You are the first to give a simple explanation of the so called problem.

You say:

"Constant churn back and forth simply caps and controls the price when done at these levels"

So, if I understand correctly, the issue of concern is a large player or two constantly buying and selling large volumes to cap the price?

Can someone tell us why an insto would spend the time and effort to do something like this?
