But I doubt we can have another bidder come through:
The parties have agreed that Signature will not solicit any competing proposal or participate
in any discussions or negotiations in relation to a competing proposal (subject to fiduciary
duty carve outs). A break fee of $300,000 is payable in certain circumstances.
