    And remember this takeover has a lot of hurdles to overcome!
    If I was still a holder I would not be in favour reject this bid @ 2 cents. Regardless if the company is having operating problems JORC is valued a lot more than 2 cents!

    I say if Lion really want this they should a higher price than 2 cents IMO
