    Yes Good work Troy. This puts pressure the pressure on management. The market probably wont react until things are clearer.
    I have copied the body of the announcement here...
    " Further to our announcements on 9 & 19 August 2011, Trojan Equity Limited (TJN)
    wishes to advise that at a directions hearing in the Supreme Court of Queensland on
    Monday 10 October 2011, Justice McMurdo ordered that TJN’s application for an order
    for the winding-up of CMI Limited is set down for trial, commencing on 19 March 2012"
