Imo. A full Audit and Inspection might reveal such things as possible Insider Trading or other illegal activities,any evidence of Naked Selling, manipulative Capping and Churning activities, are Nominee Account activities within Corpoate Governance, False Reporting activities, or any other forms of irregularities of a felonious nature.
