I have held this stock for 5 years and recently had the same experience at .22c. I am ALMOST convinced that the price is being suppressed and every trade that this happens to makes me suspicious. However, I truly believe this is a solid Company with Quality Management and I am hanging in there for the long term and will look to buy more to my avg. down price of .545c. I would probably have gotten out earlier but the divvy is a good return and the dividend policy is in place.
But sorry I cannot enlighten you as to the point of your action, except for the divvy. Hang in there.
