Big you raise a valid point why would the Exec Finance director of NMDC come out and state publicly that they plan to spend 1.3 bill if he didn't know the facts, remember NMDC reps did visit Mt Bevan and the Port of Esperance a few months back so they would be fully versed on what the requirements will be to get Mt Bevan up and running.
