Principal is one thing...but I also will hold onto SBL unless 90% control (as once 90% control as I understand it they can enforce compulsory acquisition of remaining shares). As just see way more upside as you outlined once this fun and games out of the way.
I doubt they will get 90% so does that mean I continue to share upside or can they as majority holder strip SBL of its assets......are we still protected by ASIC as a company controlled by a Singaporian based entity. As once no doubt they have got as many shares as they can through takeover bid process, they will take the lid of and it should fly...
Key thing is to make sure shareholders don't get duped into accepting a less than fair offer, more who hold, more safe we are.
