Of course they have said that.

that has been their position and the very position i have said is a worry.

it is reliant upon SKG receiving the $23 m USD from the Russians.

If the money does not come....its good bye SKG.

SKG have stated this from the outset.......they will receive the money prior to June 30th and will deliver the goods within 4 mths after receiving the money.

Any gains will be booked in the following quarter after the goods are dispatched.

One would hope amot ke a stupid comment of being cash flow positive with $23 m USD coming in was indeed true.

But what if the $23 m USD does not come?

SKG will have NO cash left and cannot draw upon the Cornell line of credit.

The loan states this without equivocation.
