Let's hope these talks are not for a full takeover, instead a JV type agreement.. Something like either a direct stake in the project (ie. 30-50% in return for funding of the project.. Usually 30% of CAPEX, the rest via debt) or a share placement for about 20-30% to raise capital directly with some future promise of them funding a certain amount of the project start up.

At least we know FMS is out there doing something, I just hope it's not a full takeover proposal!
The first option above would almost ensure both funding and that us shareholders will see future value.
