A bit of a research on Povorotnoye field shows another licence acquisition by Transeuro Energy (http://www.marketwatch.com/story/news-release-ukraine-farm-in-agreement-2011-08-10) in August 2011.
Their share price went down since the announcement (http://www.oslobors.no/markedsaktivitet/stockOverview?newt__ticker=TSU&newt_graph-stock_tab=month).
