Yes 21% is very good. Without going back to posts of the time I do recall that it is better than eg. Dendreons. I believe Phase 3 may be with patients better suited to the therapy.
It's certainly not a given that big pharma buy up this early. PRR has funds to get through trials so will probably look to maximise future value for shareholders by still being independent come FDA Approval...
