    Hi All,

    This may be a stupid question...I am new to this trading online business and am currently holding ERA shares...Just trying to understand how this capital raising work. How do one take up the offer? do I sell this morning at around the $2.20 and wait until it go down to $1.53 to buy in to call take up the offer.
