Please do think before you post in future as you will save yourself from a lot of embarrassment... Actually, no... you shouldn't even strain yourself any further by trying to understand a transaction of such a complex nature.
This multi-faceted deal is obviously too complicated for you to process, which is why you simply keep regurgitating the same old points about capital raising and dilution, from your previous posts, which are no longer valid, given what the company has just clarified in their announcement.
Time to move onto another stock and share your profound views with their shareholders who might care... Let us all have some peace here again!!
