Most of the moderating posts here have been well stated previously.
This is a biotech speccy well away from commercialization which will occur only after positive final results from P3 trial is on the table.
As such it is pretty much a cork in the market tempest with spikes on +ve news and dips in news vacuums which is currently holding due to the expectation of a Nasdaq listing. Which means imho that a significant portion of the effect of that listing is built into the current SP.

@Birmingham: i recall you recently copped some flak in a potash play when you made a very wrong call from your charts? What have your charts told you here that makes this a good entry point?
