10 yrs to take them up and pay for them.
Already has 3,4,5M ?? shares.
The thing that gets up my shout is with the stock options and restricted stock some of one will trigger the other. Surely when they sign SA up to 100M units it will push the SP up so that he will probably get some of the stock options (9.45 example) also. It's called double dipping in my book.
Trouble is they intend to keep handing them out to key exect, AS and directors in the future.
I'm with you Oaky - time for the shareholder to be considered.
Writer - he will be granted them at say $5, 7 and 9 (for arguement sake). That equats to 750K at $7 -- $5.25M. Now if UNIS gets to $15, 20 or 30 in the next 10 yrs then thats a nice little pick up wouldn't you say.
