sorry have to disagree there cb,they were poorly managed and
my guess is they are blaming weather to cover up a bit,bkp are in a different position and i would like to think we can get the rig up pretty soon.the heavy rain doesn't really hit the nt untill usually feb/march,although it may rain here and there in the next few months i dont think it will cause to much problems.also predicting less severety than lasts years la nina.
