I guess you don't him or his circumstances DJ so you are free to speculate however what I have posted isn't speculation.
We all hit tight cash flow positions from time to time regardless of wealth.
Lawyers and patents are not cheap.

I guess some would have prefered he sold his boat! lol
If I was cash positive atm I would have bought them all in an off market trade.

I too have sold stocks when I consider them worth much much more because I needed cash flow to survive. Sometimes it just can't be helped.

I somehow doubt people will be too concerned by later this week.
