re: i once won a yo yo champinship Miller is NWE's partner in the drill that is currently going on. People are wondering if last nights big rise in Millers share price reflects positive information from the well.

It might do but more likely it reflects the funding package.

In the US it is relatively easy to raise finance for drilling, unlike Aus. So rather than diluting the company by issueing new shares to fund drilling, debt/warrant finance can be viable alternatives.
