someone accumulating at 17 cents...

There's been a bot working PLA all day at 17 cents and then a couple of large trades clearing the rest of the sellers at 17 cents today.

I think yesterdays sell off was over done - given the strike news was a solidarity move across all of the contractors - JIC Mining Services - South African operations.

I also dug this up (but might be a little old): "JIC currently has underground mining contracts with Impala Platinum, Eastern Platinum (Crocodile River), Mototolo (Xstrata/Anglo Platinum Joint Venture), BRPM (Royal Bafokeng Platinum Holdings), Hernic Ferrochrome, International Ferro Metals and Shiva Uranium".
