usually that's depending on up-take and volume of sales
any new technology has initially high production costs until volume reaches a point were synergistic savings come into play
that is a general point - as to how this will come into play with CNN is anyones's guess
As I keep repeating: all current promises will have to be followed up by improving figures in all subsequent Q reports
No point second guessing at this stage - the sign given are positive, big players mentioned, factories in the right strategic areas, now needs to be followed up by sales volume and "smart placement in the market place".
