Comment 1. Yes I blame Tony as he would not agree to the bill to allow off shore processing. If he votes for the bill then off shore processing it is.
Comment 2. I did not say off shore processing was morally wrong, I said Nauru (part of the Pacifc Solution). While I prefer on shore processing, I don't mind off shore if done correctly. Nauru wasn't.
