(WMR.AU) takeover to close soon, it will need to make offer last and final next
Friday, a week before closing of current offer. Broker says prospect of small
sweetener "difficult to gauge" and can't be ruled out. CSFB says briefing with
Chief Commercial Officer Marius Kloppers highlighted shift in expectations to
somewhat less bullish view on outlook than a year ago; it retains Neutral
