riverview . vti have not done anything free for sometime now , maidmarion is correct .
the $250 to $500 per tonne u.s was a quote from the dep (u.s dept evironmental protection )and penndot in the centredaily newpaper .
the permits and plans for remediation are being finalised atm . this puts it in the u.s $1mill to u.s$2mil category for the 100,000 yard trial alone . and anywhere from u.s $16mill to $32mill for the entire job if the trial is succesful .

the people being quoted are generally the penstate roads dept or u.s dep not vti .
also a search of centredaily will show all the articles for free .

a further search will see things are well advanced in preperation for the initial 100,000yard or 4,000 tonnes bauxsol trial . although no order has been recieved atm hence no official anouncement from vti

i will add this is not a small trial by and standard .bauxsol was epa endorsed at i-99skytop.The dep /penndot have already done extensive trials at i-99skytop and where so impressed by bauxsol that they are initiating this FINAL VERY LARGE AND COSTLY TRIAL . and this last large trial if successful will be a world first insitu remediation for vtI bauxsol .

now seeing how bauxsol has not failed todate , and it won the gilt edge u.sepa 4 yr trials for water quality and cost effectiveness , i see no reason for it to fail now
