That is great news. With respect to the change in substantial shareholding, I am confused when a bank, in this case Citi holds the shares, is this on behalf of somebody else? This has happened several times in the past, only for an annoucement to be made that the ownership has decreased. Basically, I don't know how much clout to put into that announcement. Another good volume day today could push this into the mid .90's. I am hoping for a consitent uptick the remaing part of the year.
